My wife and I have just purchased a BMW 3 series coupe and we could not fault the service and help provided. From viewing to purchasing, the staff were extremely helpful. On picking up the car, we had discovered a minor clerical error in the paper work but this was resolved in a very considered and gracious manner. The car itself was well presented and paper work was handled efficiently. Overall, the staff were never pushy and made the process of buying a car, which we often consider to be an onerous task, to be a very enjoyable experience. We certainly recommend this garage.

Beware! I bought a £45k car from them. Agreed a date to pick up and, having booked a hotel for the trip, was called less than 12 hours before travelling that the car was not ready. Two weeks later, still no car and communication has been dire. Excuse after rotten excuse, calls not returned etc. You know the story. I would not expect such shoddy service if I had paid £550 for a car.

Hi Alan, as you were fully aware we ordered the part required from Porsche Sheffield that was needed to finish off the MOT but Porsche Sheffield didn't have it in stock so they had to order it from Porsche Germany. We were then informed the part is on backorder. We were promised several dates that the part would be with us but at the last minute we were let down as it hadn't arrived from Germany hence the two week delay. Every date we were told it would arrive we called you to inform you, plus every time we were let down we informed you. It certainly wasn't us giving you "rotten excuses" or certainly not us not returning your calls. Myself and Adam kept you informed all the way through it was just very unfortunate the part was on backorder causing this delay. We have since had the part fitted and delivered the car to your home address in Bath at our expense. Having spoken with you I know you are now happy with our service and you are over the moon with the car.

This is the second time I've sold a car through Greg and his team at Mercia Motors. Once again nothing was too much trouble for them. Greg priced my car, I handed it over, valeting, personal plate retention, marketing, and sale were dealt with within a very short period of time. Once again a great result for me with an absolute minimum of hassle. Thanks again guys. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting to buy or sell a vehicle. Tony. Bought my car at Mercia and found whole process easy. I dealt with Mark who was friendly and never put any pressure on. Felt relaxed and comfortable in the showroom. Got a fair price for my old car that I part exchanged. Answered all questions I had regarding new car and buying process. Highly recommend Mercia
