Both myself and my partner have recently experienced phenomenal service, communication and support from Mercia Motors. Dave and Ryan were the public face but the whole team delivered an immediate response to our need in relation to a flat battery, service and MOT, following me regaining my driving license after rescinding it for medical reasons.
We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I’ve used Mercia for many years across different vehicles in the family – Mini / Merc / Porsche / Range Rover.
Excellent service – just had my front brake discs and pads replaced (the inside pads were siezed) along with brake fluid. Fitted me in with 1-day notice. Got there early and waited while two mechanics worked on it. Excellent service, very competitive, efficient, nice people, coffee and chat. Highly recommend.

Fitted in for MOT at short notice and all done including a couple of agreed extra jobs the same day, plus a (lengthy!) wash and vac of a very dirty car for only an extra £15!

Absolutely impeccable service. My clutch decided to completely fail just as I was about to head down the motorway to visit family with a car packed full of stuff, plus my partner and dog. Limped into Mercia where despite being very busy they ordered the part and slotted us in to have the car ready the following day. We live 2 miles away and they even offered us, the dog and all our stuff a lift back to our house! These guys really were so helpful at an awkward moment for us.

The car was ready the next day and Mercia even dropped it off on my driveway and popped the keys through the door as we’d made other travel arrangements and were away on that day.

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone involved, everyone was really friendly from the guys behind the desk to the mechanics who sorted our car out. Thanks again guys and will definitely be using you in the future.

Managed book an MOT quickly with Mercia motors. I also let them know about a screeching noise I’d heard when braking. The guys sorted the problem and managed to keep the costs down as best they could. Really great customer service. I’d highly recommend!

Used Wagon and Horses for 15 years and started to use Mercia Motors to service and maintain both my car and my wife’s car. My son has also used them recently. Today, I took my Suzuki in for frontal damage to fog light and wing area. Dave helped me immediately and Jamie did the job .They have been fantastic in every job they have done and so friendly. Had some problems with my car over the last month and took it to the new Mercia motors to be fixed.
I received an absolutely fantastic service from Ryan and the rest of the team.
The mechanics really know their stuff. Diagnosed my cars problem really quickly and got me back up and running the same day.

Had my mk3 focus in for a new timing belt and water pump, the staff were very helpful and polite, they did the work within 4hrs and the car was left clean, the price wat what they had quoted me. Can’t recommend them enough.

I have been using this garage for many years. It was recently taken over by Mercia Motors. I expected the worst as I am quite sceptical of Corporate business. But I have been very pleasantly surprised, and glad to have been proved wrong. Since they took over, I have had two vehicles MOT’d and serviced. I also had both vehicles in for wear and tear type repairs. The customer service Is polite and welcoming. Their work is efficient, knowledgeable and speedy, also informative. When work needs to be done they phone and detail the work required and the expected cost. One vehicle I have had for ten years is difficult to find parts for being a Japanese import.No problem. Ryan hunted the relevant part down on EBay. They even delivered my vehicle home to me when I could’nt get to collect it. Thank You. I am pleased to have Mercia Motors as my local garage.

Booked my car in for an MOT. Was able to do it next day. Greated as I came in at 8.15, started straight away, informed me by phone of work needed to be done and had completed the job by 2pm. Very efficient, friendly and professional, would 100% recommend them.

Took my car to get a suspected fuel leak checked out, was sorted in an hour. They also did coolant and engine oil for me, all at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick check up or mend on their car. Fantastic service.
